Subprocessors

ColdCheck, Inc. ("ColdCheck") uses a limited number of trusted third-party subprocessors to assist in providing our Services. These subprocessors may have access to or process Customer Data in order to deliver the functionality of the Services, provide support, or enable integrations.

We carefully evaluate each subprocessor for security, privacy, and compliance practices before engaging them, and we require contractual commitments consistent with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and U.S. state privacy regulations).

Current Subprocessors

Infrastructure & Hosting

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Hosting (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, background jobs, caching, storage).
  • Google Authentication (OAuth) — Secure authentication for users.
  • Microsoft Authentication (OAuth) — Secure authentication for users.
  • Supabase — Database hosting (PostgreSQL), realtime subscriptions, and vector storage (pgvector) for development, local, and production environments.

Analytics & Tracking

  • Google Analytics — Basic website analytics (page visits, referral sources, aggregated usage).

Communications

  • SendGrid (Twilio) — Transactional email delivery (account notifications, password resets, invitations).
  • HubSpot — Contact form submissions only.

Customer Support

  • Gleap — Customer feedback and support widget.

AI & Data Processing

  • OpenAI — Text embeddings.
  • Anthropic — AI processing.

Billing & Payments

  • Stripe — Payment processing, subscription management, and billing.

ColdCheck's Responsibilities

ColdCheck remains responsible for all Customer Data processing conducted by subprocessors. Subprocessors may only access the minimum data necessary to perform their specific functions, and they are bound by contractual agreements to safeguard Customer Data.

Updates to This List

We may update this subprocessor list as we add or remove vendors. Customers may subscribe to updates or review this page periodically to stay informed.
